File Formats

SGIS Agronomy Software:

• Falcon I and II reads - .rpt
• Falcon I and II writes - .tif
• FIELDSTAR reads - .fsb, .fsa, .bin, .dat, .lsi
• FIELDSTAR writes - directly to a Linear Flash card
•    No files are shown if you try to browse to the card
• Task Controller and Falcon VT reads and writes - TaskData.xml
• 3rd Party Harvest Imports read: AgLeader, CNH Voyager, DICKEY-john, GreenStar, Lexion
• 3rd Party Exports: AgLeader, CNH Voyager, DICKEY-john, GreenStar, Shapefile, Raven, Trimble
• 
  Any FODD that can be downloaded should be able to be handled in both software.

SGIS:

• Soil Test Imports - .tab (MAPINFO), .mid (MID-MIF), .shp (Shape Samples), SSI, Geo-Referenced Text, Surfer/BLN

Baler Data can be in a FIELDSTAR file or it can be TaskData.xml (Task Controller file)
Planter Data is also in the format of DICKEY-john, through Task Controller - TaskData.xml

*Reads: the file formats that the software will open and use.
Writes: the file formats that are to go to and be used by the controller.
